After- Market Field Service Unit is organized to provide efficient support to its customers through the well established Network of channel partners of AMW .Their workshop locations are in strategic locations and full site support is extended where pit -head services are required. The technicians and engineers are well trained at our factory and at service training centers of major aggregate providers. After Market – Training Department undertakes imparting of continuous training to all service personnel of AMW and its channel partners on new products and aggregates by a full fledged Training Department at our Bhuj plant. AMW attaches great importance to safe and efficient driving of Commercial vehicles. A round the year Driver training is imparted to our customers’ and channel partners’ drivers. The cabin is ergonomically designed and air-conditioned to offer best comfort to the driver. The drivers are also taught on basic functions of the aggregates and their maintenance, personal hygiene, road rules etc.
After- Market – Business Development unit, for service and sale of spares, offers various Maintenance contracts, designed to suit requirements of the customer, to provide continuous and quality maintenance of the vehicle at recommended intervals. The service will be executed by the field service team. The unit also ensures effective distribution of spares and its availability through out the country.
After- market Spares Parts Department has its mother warehouse at Pune and area warehouses at Hazira and Bhuj. Plans are on to establish warehouses at regional levels at strategic locations to ensure availability at site at a shorter time.
