After pre-assembly, carriages, bodies, engines and other aggregates parts are assembled together on a semi-automated modern assembly line where the chassis leaves the line as a fully integrated AMW world class truck.
Our engines are developed in collaboration with the best automotive companies in the world and comply with Euro IV norms. |

| Frame Shop |
| We have mastered the technology of building robust chassis systems that are best suited for Indian Roads. Our rock-sturdy in-frame chassis is a fine example. The unique in-frame structure of our heavy truck chassis improves vehicle balance, handling, ride characteristics, and maneuverability. The design and manufacture enable the truck to operate under the toughest road conditions and terrain. |

| Cab Weld Shop |
| Our highly automated cab welding facility manufactures a wide range of cabs for different trucks. With focus on increased productivity and quality, the cab welding shop is an integral part of AMW’s high performance truck series. |

| Paint shop |
We have a fully automated paint shop designed by Durr, Germany that offers superior coating and finish properties. Our plant employs a technique involving the movement of charged particles in a colloidal suspension when an electric field is applied to them. This ensures high gloss finish on the whole body and frame. The paint shop has two state-of-art coating lines for carriages and cabs, with advanced equipment and profiling coating technology with a high degree of automation.
Our processes ensure consistent quality and real time monitoring of the entire system and yield results that are which is akin to the finish on international car brands. |

Press Shop
Our state of the art press shop can shape 45,000 tonnes of product per annum. The facility includes a 5000T heavy punching press, seven 1500 tonne heavy presses, a 10000 tonne Carling punch press, five heavy punches of 1500 tonnes each and one carriage punching line.
