AMW has launched a new online 'Supplier Information System' on May 18, 2012, to provide our suppliers with the latest information in a structured, transparent and prompt manner. Earlier we had used tools which were semi-online / manual, while simultaneously investing in building an online platform to automate such communication between AMW and its suppliers. The new portal is available at https://supplier.amwasia.com. The key services provided on this portal are Request For Quotation (RFQ) Management, Purchasing, Material Information, Delivery Schedules, Contracts, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) and Gross Receipt Note (GRN), Undelivered Lots, Sub-contracting, Warranty Rejection, Inspection Status, Payment Status, Account Statement, Vendor Performance Rating and Basic Communication Tools. This new portal will save time and effort, while helping to obtain the latest and most accurate information and is yet another milestone on AMW's journey towards excellence.
