Our mission is to make sure that AMW genuine spare parts are available to our customers throughout the country to enable them to keep their vehicles running in top condition, with maximum up time.
AMW's hub and spoke model is aimed at optimizing inventory and making available essential and fast moving parts in quick time. The Company has its central warehouse at Pune, a warehouse at its plant at Bhuj and a satellite warehouse at Hazira, Surat, Gujarat’s largest industrial city. It operates an additional stock and sale outlet at Hazira.
Besides, AMW has a countrywide network of over 50 distributors, dealers and authorized service centres for its spare parts. It has also opened outlets in Nepal and Bangladesh. Closet o 4000 line items are stocked centrally and at these distribution outlets.
AMW’s parts outlets provide round the clock back up support for field service personnel and contribute actively to network development and expansion. A strong IT backbone and SAP enabled operations are the lifeline of the system.
